The friendly and helpful staff are the greatest asset to this hotel.

We stayed 4 th Jan and from the welcome I got on reception to the welcome I got in the leisure club to the thank you I got when leaving was only five star. Warm friendly hotel. The only fault was the double bed was 2 singles together and this was uncomfortable as they rose in the middle and there was two small wood head boards On the bed which was also annoying when u wanted to sit up and relax. Overall I would definitely return. We stayed in room 219 .regards jimmy

Woman on reception (sorry cant think of her name) and Ciara in the spa really were very helpful and friendly and music was brilliant, thank you.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Bridge House Hotel as there was a very nice atmosphere, the staff were efficient and friendly. The food was very nice in the restaurant and in the bar. We used the pool and the spa and enjoyed both very much. The location was perfect with a shopping centre just across the street. We would recommend this hotel and hope to make a return visit in the future.
