The hotel was lovely with great friendly staff and an ideal location.The food in the Balcone restaurant was very good. Really enjoyed our stay. It just happened that the few days we stayed the weather was great which helped to get out and about. We went to Birr Castle on one of our days and very much enjoyed it. We went on the horse driven carriage ( two beautiful white horses)which brought us all round the estate and the driver explained all the sites.

My daughter stayed in your hotel on the night of July 11th 2017 for her Debs and she was blown away by the kindness of the staff throughout the hotel. As it was her first night away without a parent myself and my husband were put at ease from the get go as she rang us to tell us how nice the staff at reception were to her. Over the course of the evening all the bar staff and bouncers were extremely professional and no request was ignored!! I will definitely be recommending your hotel to anyone I know!!
